Are the pools supervised?

Both pools are unsupervised and members and guests are advised to exercise extreme care when using the swimming pool facilities and swim at their own risk. Persons under 16 years of age are permitted to use the facilities only when accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for that person's conduct at all times.

Are you open every day?

The pools are both available for hire Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.

Office hours are limited to Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. PLEASE NOTE: lone swimmers can only swim withn office hours.

Are your pools heated?

The temperature on both pools is typically 30 degrees. In the Log Cabin this can be changed by prior arrangement.

Can I bring guests?

Every swimmer must be a member.

Can I park onsite?

Yes! We have two car parks, free for you to use while you are swimming.

Can I rent both pools?

Yes, but a you will need to make a separate booking for each pool.

Can I use the pool if I have a disability?

As long as you have the approval of your doctor or physiotherapist, absolutely! 

Do I get extra time to change?

Each slot is 1 hour. This includes swimming and changing time. In busy periods booking will be back-to-back.

Do I have to be a member to swim?

Yes! Anyone wanting to use either of our pools is required to become a member. Importantly, paperwork and an induction must be completed before you can book your first swim. This can be done Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

How many people can swim in The Log Cabin Pool?

The number of swimmers in the pool in The Log Cabin at any one time must not exceed 7.

How many people can swim in The Orangery Pool?

The number of swimmers in the pool in The Orangery at any one time must not exceed 8.

What measures do you have in place to minimise the spread of COVID-19?

My Swimming Pool uses Multifunction Chlorine as a disinfectant because it is perfect for indoor and hydro-therapy pools. The quality of the pool water is monitored throughout the day and precise measurements are taken for the amount of Multifunction Chlorine and the ph daily, to maintain the water quality. Some people, however, can be allergic to Multifunction Chlorine which may result in skin irritation.

The changing rooms are cleaned daily and the ventilation systems are cleaned and disinfected regularly and specifically we use:

Tesco Anti-Bacterial Multi-Surface Cleaner provides fast acting antiviral and antibacterial protection - it will disinfect surfaces and immediately kill 99.9% of a wide range of viruses and harmful bacteria, then controls germs on those surfaces for up to 24 hours.

We also have sanitation stations and ask all users to wipe down surfaces with provided cleaning wipes after using the pools.
